sync finally fixed

So it turns out that I had to go to my Bluetooth settings unattach my Fitbit from my phone's Bluetooth turn my phone off put my FitBit in the charging holster and restart it by pushing the button on the back 3 times until the lights came on then turn on my phone turn on my Bluetooth and try to resync it from the app and then it came up.

Can you sync a second time without going through the entire procedure again? I couldn't... But installing an older version (2.55) solved all my problems.

Same here I installed 2.62.1 and this works for me to. I had small issues with sync with 2.63, therefore I went back one more version.

How can you choose which version of the app to install? I thought that you can't do it in Google player. This sync issue keeps occurring to mefor the last two days, will be very grateful for your answer!

Unfortunately you can't I downloaded from alternative source and installed it.
