using latest android and fitbit app.  syncing has stopped since Aug 4th.

each day it downloads the data but the next day it is gone and the date of last sync remains Aug 4.  I have tried everything incl. uninstalling and reinstalling the app. , reset surge, clearing data cache, pair bluetooth devices but still does not save the synced data to the external SD card which uses 130 GB out of 256 GB.  please advise.

I found the solution.  I recently installed an android app called Dumpster that captures all deleted or moved data.  Apparently the Android Fitbit app gets and displays the data on the app but is then unable to upload or sync the data to the fitbit website.  I uninstalled the Dumpster app, restarted the phone and Fitbit now works perfectly once again.

Hi @adarrow2

Your data syncs to the Fitbit servers and you can see it on your dashboard. Can you see your dashboard on your Note 8?

When there is trouble syncing, a restart of the device is advised, have you tried doing that? Click for directions.
