syncing my Fitbit

I'm having trouble syncing my Fitbit to my phone I had it sync to my phone before but today it seems like after 4 o'clock its not thinking and I tried using the Bluetooth and it's not working

Hi @christinaL987! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!  I recommend you following these steps in order to get your tracker synced up.

 

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • Restart your tracker. 
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.
