I am having trouble syncing my fitbit to my phone. I've reset my fitbit and deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Could there be a problem with the app like a bug or something. Please help it's driving me insane

@taffy94 The Galaxy J3 is not currently listed as supported devices here. I recommend using an alternative supported device or computer to sync until the J3 is listed as supported. Our team is always working to add more devices to the list, but I have no timetable to share. Hope this helps!

Hey, @taffy94Cat Very Happy Since your tracker has not been added to the list it means, that it has not been officially tested with the Fitbit App, so it might work sometimes and other might not. However keep on checking the list, it should be added soon. Cat Very Happy
