touchscreen not working

my Versa Lite's touchscreen is not working properly.  i can't view activities, settings, messages, etc.  I can't do anything with my fitbit anymore.

In the hope that it's a software glitch try restarting your fitbit by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.

 

If that doesn't work then it's probably a hardware issue and your best option would be to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

i tried restarting it by pressing the left button for 10 secs, but it's still the same. i hope the warranty will help, i bought it from Amazon April 2019.
