Time zone concern with Inspire HR

I live on the edge of the mountain and Eastern time zones. I do not want my Fitbit to change as I move back and forth as I have to do with my AT&T account due to texting issues. How do I set a permanent non changing time zone on my Inspire HR

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. I'd like to let you know that your Fitbit use your mobile device information to display the time that's configured there, therefore, you can change the timezone settings from your mobile device from automatic to manual to avoid this situation.
