tracker not found

Hi , about a week ago my fitty stopped syncing... so today i uninstalled and reinstalled the app (discovering a new " have you moved this hour"). ... I've turned off blue tooth and turned it back on. I've deleted old files to free up storage. .. and nothing.. it's telling me the tracker isnt found. How can i wake up one morning and it be lost ? please help.
