Hello,

I have had my fitbit charge for only two days, but I am unable to view the caller id. I set it up on my computer and have uploaded the app on my phone but the caller id does not work at all. What did I do wrong? Should I have set it up on my phone first instead of the pc?

Hello @alesia757, welcome to the Fitbit Community Smiley Very Happy! I'd recommend taking a look at the My tracker isn't receiving call or text notifications from my Android device article to solve the issue.
