I'm still not seeing the drop-down arrow for serving sizes in the custom food area @MaCrisGBFitbit.

I'm still not seeing the drop-down either - latest version of the app on a Pixel 7a.
Thanks

@Hello2323 @Rtkat3 Thank you for your replies and information.
If you touch where the servings should be displayed, isn't the drop down arrow there, even if this is not visible?
Meaning, a long time ago, we had the issue that the arrow was there but it was invisible.
Or there is no arrow at all in the Fitbit app.
Could you be so kind to attach a screenshot on your replies so that our team knows where to look at?

I tried to do that and the picture was deemed too big. I can't say if there's a way to adjust the size as I attempted that.

If I tap around near the serving size field I do see a drop down. However I can't interact with it and it contains no values or at least I can't select anything. It's hidden unless you find it by tapping around on the screen.
If I try and save the custom food without entering details as soon as I enter this screen, it gives me the appropriate error stating the required fields. Once I've entered all the other fields it then fails silently with no error.
Hope this helps.

That is the same thing that happened to me as you described it @Hello2323. Now do you know what we are talking about @JuanFitbit and @MaCrisGBFitbit?

Hi everybody! Thank you for your replies and screenshots.
I moved all the posts about this, to have a better overview about this and avoid any further confusion.
In order for our team to investigate this, could you please provide us the brand and model of your phone, the operating system version as well as the Fitbit app version you have installed.
(eg. Pixel Phone 6 Android 12 App 4.56., iPhone 15 iOS 18.2, app 4.55 etc. )
