unable to pair/sync Charge on Samsung

Hi guys,

I noticed just now that my FitBit app on my Samsung phone was no longer able to sync my Charge device. After numerous attempts, pairing with Charge was rejected. Can anyone help?

A warm welcome to the Community @maconder. If you are having problems setting up your Charge, I recommend Restarting your tracker, after the restart process follow the Setup Procedure from your phone or computer. But before setting up your tracker from your phone, verify that it is a Compatible Mobile Device.
