Just received a fitbit and won't sync.   The Google play stores app said for phones and last update was 7 dec 2015, version 2.15.1.  Were is the latest update?

I don't know what is happening with your version of Google Playstore, @mmccurry, but it drastically behind.  My Playstore shows the current Fitbit app of v2.38, dated Nov 14th.  You may want to see if their is an update to your Google Playstore so that it rebuilds the apps database.
