hi after the new firmware update my versa isn't syncing anymore,  tried various times, can anyone help?

The answer is mostly no. Fitbit folks will just tell you to follow the protocol on the website. If that doesn't work, you are out of luck and will be ignored.

That same thing is happening to my Versa 😡 nothing is updating or syncing.
