Welcome to the Forums @scottyo! I found this problem very weird. The call notifications option is where is used to be. However, I'd like to ask some questions. Is this happening in an iOs device or Android? Is your phone running the latest version of the Fitbit app? Have you tried logging out and back from the app? Check these instructions to make sure that you have followed the correct steps to activate them.
