the only reason why i updated to charge 3 was the activation of the spo2 sensor for sleeping, but i dont get a chart or anything like that.
do i have to activate it somewhere ?
Android App and Charge 3 are up to date

Nope. When this feature gets released to your account, you will see it through the Fitbit app under your sleep screen.
Be patient, Fitbit has started to roll this feature out. It was released to a few users as a test in December.

hm ... ok so there is a lot of missinformation on many sites about that 😞 ... was the only reason to upgrade from the Charge 2 ... 😞

Can't say about other sites but blog.fitbit.com would be a reliable source.
One user reported that support told them, a few days ago, it is at 10% of users. This may be those that got it in December.
