So just wandering who else who is tired and fed-up with Fitbits response or should I say stock/non response to making the Samsung S 10 compatible? Just read the on whistleout.com The most popular cell phone in May was Apple's newest phone, the iPhone XR, followed very closely by the Samsung Galaxy S10e. Seems to me the so called most popular would like to keep its customers happy by making their product compatible with the S10, but I guess they already have our money so why hurry. One other thing I am wondering if this will even get a response other than the stock, oh we are working on it , just not there yet so on and so on. Come on fitbit get it together and fix the issue.

I have been through this scenario twice now, once with my old windows phone, and very recently with my new Oppo. I too have shared your disappointment and fruition's, but it has to be said that both phones eventually started working after numerous updates, so the Fitbit team do eventually get things sorted, but I also know not as quickly as we may like.
This mornings update got my Oppo working just fine, which was perfect timing because i had talked myself into jumping ship and trying another brand of tracker.

I am completely fed up and disillusioned with fitbits lack of response and urgency to the whole android saga, it’s not just Samsung if you read through these pages there are many people who’s devises worked fine for years and now they do not work anymore it is something that fitbit has caused to happen and now there is no action being taken to put it right. All you get is bland patronising reply with no substance behind it.
