I can't seem to log into my account. It says wrong email address or password. I sent a message to change my password, but nothing happens. We pay for such an expensive product, we expect for things to work smoothly.

Is there a possibility that someone has gained access to your account and changed the email and/or password. If so, then the following help file is worth reading:
