Hi @FranceAVG6 ! Hmm. I tried to replicate that issue and wasn't able to. I would suggest, logging off, closing the app, and then opening the app and logging back in. If that doesn't work, I would suggest uninstalling and re-installing.

Best AnswerI can't send messages as the Send button seems to do nothing. This seems to be an issue going back a long time and it's now October 2017. I've tried logging off then on.. When that didn't work, I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and nothing changed. I am attempting to respond to a thread with about 6 previous messages between my friend and me. Why is this bug not yet fixed?
I have the same issue. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged off, logged on... and still can't send messages from my android phone. I press the send and nothing.. I end up deleting out the message and sending through the website. Fitbit please fix!
I have experienced this also and the fix is to shorten the message because there is a maximum amount of characters allowed. You will see the digits on the right margin change from black to red when you go over the limit.
I've been having this same issue for the past month... at 1st I would have to sign out & sign back in just to send them but now the send button does absolutely nothing... I can't respond back to anyone... this is beyond frustrating.
