Yup.
This thing wont connect to wifi so it is permanently stuck in set up mode. It's a scale that can't tell you your weight.
Imagine a hardware company that doesn't stand by their hardware. I was a fan of Fitbit when I bought this in 2016 and paid $150 for it. You would think for that price point they would swap it out for the current one once or let you mail it in for a hard reset or something...
My hope was that after google bought the company there would be an improvement to functionality or customer service or something but looks like that will not be the case.
