Aira air reset button not working

Hi trying to reset my aira air but the reset button doesn't work. Have tried new batteries, removing them and holding the button in and putting back in but it's like the button isn't respening at all. 

 

Any help appreciated

Hi PaulCrosby to reset the Aria air you gotta hold the button for a while until clr appears on the display.
