I add one more testimony about the death of my scale ARIA 1 that I bought 10 years ago.
It is hanging in setup mode unable to reach the WIFI witch was ok for 10 years.
Returning a despicable ERR message at the end of all procedures.
I spent half a day figuring out what was wrong, I see I'm not the only one.
I sure won't buy my next scale from you ;-(
This lack of communication is stupid.

Which error message are you seeing? Do you mind posting a screenshot of what you see? Different error messages require different troubleshoots and since we can't see what you see, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot.

No picture needed. Mine says STEP OFF. THINKING. ERR. However, if I look at my Fitbit app, it will say synced—sometime in the middle of the night. However, there are no new weights. I keep hoping a miracle will happen. I bought the Aria Air. Wished I had saved my money. I didn’t read that it does not give the same data as the Aria.

Have you tried removing the batteries? That resets the scale, and has helped me with sync errors.
I'm also not sure if you saw this or not, but I did find a list of error messages along with troubleshoots you may want to try if you haven't done so already.
Another thought: have you tried recalibrating it? You need to start by removing the batteries for 10 seconds and then weighing yourself 5 times. Please be sure that the scale is on a flat surface during this process.
You can also try resetting the scale's WiFi settings.
