Aria 1: selecting user on scale

Aria 1 will show two of our users that are close to the same weight.  It flashes with initials "Jay?" Then "Dan?"

 

We've tapped everywhere on scale to try to select user but cannot figure out where or how to make it work. 

 

How do we select one??

Tap hard on the lower right corner until the correct initials appear. You can also change a previously logged weight to someone else on the website.
