Aria Air e-a error

I have to connect my Aria Air each time I step on the scale. Each time I set up my scale, it logs my weight then displays e-a and I have to remove the batteries to turn it off, then have to set it up again. Vicious cycle!!!

Thanks for the details provided and troubleshoot performed. If the error message that you see on your Aria Air is different from the ones listed on this help article, please attach to your reply a picture of your scale showing the "e-a" error (you can click on this link for instructions on how to attach a picture) and let me know when you started experiencing this.
