My Aria 2 display screen is not showing anything.  I’ve put in fresh batteries, rebooted, checked the WiFi.

@ValarieLong, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Since the display of your Aria 2 stopped turning on, even though you have replaced the batteries, I would like you try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please clean the contacts of your scale, where you put the batteries with a cotton swab and a little bit of alcohol in order to remove any dust that may be affecting the functionality of your Aria 2.

 

After this, put the batteries back in and see if the display turns on.
