I have tried everyone’s workaround to get my scale to show my name instead of guest. On top of that it doesn’t give me my body fat anymore. Can anyone give me some suggestions that actually do work thank you

@SunsetRunner   My Aria 2 decides I'm a guest on my own scale every two weeks or so.  My workaround always works.

  • Step on your scale wearing socks
  • You should see a head with a question mark in it, so step off
  • If the scale shows your icon, tap the scale in the upper right, next to the check mark
  • After your weight syncs, repeat the process with bare feet
  • Repeat again until your scale recognizes you

Your scale can't report body fat unless it recognizes you with your icon.
