Aria 2 not syncing

Hi- My scale does not seem to be syncing lately - battery’s seem to be OK and there is no change to my WiFi.  Any suggestions?

Hello @CStoehr66 and welcome to the Community.  Please look at the sync progress on your scale after you step off.  Look for an error message.  This Help article has troubleshooting steps.

I have an Aria and after installing a new router my scale will not connect. I have tried everything short of witchcraft. It was always fussy but now just wont connect. I think the Wi-Fi as of new are not compatible. It is now a boat anchor. Too bad, now I have to toss my Fitbit I use for running away too although that is Bluetooth and still works. I know this does not answer your question and is of little help. I have been working on computer for about 40 years (Atari) and went to school for it and I can't figure it out. The new Wi-Fi's do not like 2.4 ghz. Yes, you can change it in the router but that sets off a series of events effecting other connections. Good luck but as for me in the trash it goes. Thanks Google!

No error. The provided Wi-Fi connection wont connect. I have been using this thing for many years. I think it has just reached end of life. I think Google could and should do better.
