Aria 2 scales not recognising users

my wife and I have tried and better tried to set up the scales following change of router, we both have avatars and the scales won’t recognise us and say we are guests 

is their any way we can do a full reset and retain the history of weigh ins?

Same here. It's all setup it records and submits the weight but never appears on the app

Just found a whole thread about this

its a known issue that has not been fixed

i think we’re toast and just have to manually enter now
