Aria 2 will not connect to Google Nest Wifi
- I have confirmed Google Nest Wifi satisfies the Aria 2 network requirements
• Google Nest Wifi supports Wireless 802.11b/g/n
• Google nest wifi supports both 2.4 GHz standard and 5 GHz wi-fi bands
• Google Nest wifi supports WPA2
• Automatic (DHCP) IP is properly configured - I have the latest iOS updates on my iPhone 16 Pro Max
- I have refreshed my Fitbit App on my phone by removing Aria 2 from the app, uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app from the App Store
- My network password does not have any special characters. It's Alpha Numeric only
- I cannot use a laptop to set it up as others have successfully because the FitBit windows app no longer exists.
- I am using Google gmail account to log into fitbit
- I have factory reset the Aria 2 scale
- I put the scale in discovery mode
- Add Aria 2 in Fitbit app
- Enter the code displayed on the scale in Fitbit app
- On "Connect your Aria 2 to Wi-Fi" screen I get "No networks found", "check your wi-fi connection, then try again
- I click "okay" and then "not now" to acknowledge I can't connect to wifi
- It says my Aria 2 is ready
- Back on the "Connected to Fitbit" screen I click my Aria 2 device
- Fitbit app hangs, so I force restart the app
- I go back to "Connected to Fitbit" screen and select the device again
- "Wi-Fi Network" is blank. No settings.
- I click "Wi-Fi network" and then "next" to acknowledge Wi-Fi setup screen
- And error immediately pops up "Wi-Fi Problem" There was a problem with Wi-Fi.
