Aria 2 won't connect with my router

I changed router months ago, but have started new program and need weight on app every day.  My Aria 2 scale won't reconnect.

 

I've tried:

 

1.  removing batteries for 30 seconds

2.  fresh batteries

3.  scale is within 3 feet of router

 

  I've been trying all morning and when it tries to connect to my network,  it spins and spins, then times out.

 

Assistance please.

Hi @megoidgal1, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the connection issues that your Aria 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your router has the required settings in order to connect with the scale. You can find the settings needed in this help article, under the Aria scales section and try the setup process as instructed one more time.
