I have an Aria 2 that I have had for years and i am trying to update the network. I get the scale into setup mode but when I go through the app and it searches for the device it cannot find the Aria 2. They are brand new batteries. Any ideas?? This is making me mad and I am about to give up.

Hi @Sammmee, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the setup issues that your Aria 2 has experienced. Thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please check out this help page, under the Aria 2 instructions and see if your new network complies with the required settings that the Aria 2 needs to connect with it.
After this, try the setup process as instructed in the article and see if the issue gets fixed.
