Aria Air not updating body fat %

Using Aria Air scale doesnt vary my body fat for years, while my weight varies up to 6 kg difference. I dont think it's normal. What it can be due to? also, I dont think weighting 1.69m and weighting 60kg I  have only 7% fat always? How can the firmware be fixed?

I'm glad to help you with your inquiry about the body fat% datum your scale shows.

I need to point out that the Aria Air scale does not measure fat percentage. The number that you are seeing may be related to another statistic or you might have another model of Fitbit scale.

I suggest that you refer to our help article How do I use my Fitbit scale? below t he section "How do I know which Fitbit scale I have?". I appreciate your time in this.
