I have many fitbit watches no problems at least major. I have two scales. First scale is the original Aria pain in the **ahem** from day one. Many hours and many days to set up. I dread when the battery dies. Kept thinking this will get easier Hell nope! Just a month ago I changed batteries told me it was synced saw it on my app and saw the check mark. I was so happy! Two days later not syncing to my phone. So I did everything trouble shooting said to do. Nope nada zilch. Last resort remove aria air from my app and start over. Wish I haven't! I got the wifi to recognize on the scale after to clucking days! Still not showing up in my app. Tried resetting it per one youtube video won't even reset! It now shows guest set up yea right clucking scale won't set up. Went online knowing there was a new scale surely new scale can't be that hard. Bought the aria air Bluetooth. Got it set it up connected to my phone. Two days later stepped on scale weight wouldn't download to my phone Bluetooth was showing on my phone. Reset the **ahem** scale it worked. Couple days later same thing! Yesterday I spent two clucking hours to reset it. Got it working this morning I weigh myself nope had to manually put in my weight waisted my money on a piece of **ahem**! Don't buy fitbit scales there junk! PART of me wants to try the aria 2 read the reviews just as hard to set up the aria air original. If I didn't through the box away this would be going back. Makeing me think about buying the apple phone and watch. And I hate apple.
