I have an Aira Air and I am having sync issues. I am having to reboot my phone and pair up the scale every day. I have an LG Velvet and my wife has the Galaxy A20, she has no issues. One would assume that since Google owns Fitbit that there would be no issues with Android devices. Please get this fixed.

Hi @Baber_76, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the syncing issues that your Aria Air has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article, under the Aria scales area.. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
