I cannot get this scale to connect to any device regardless if it shows up under the Bluetooth list to connect to. If I try to connect it says Aria Air has denied pairing. I've reset it. I've taken the batteries out. There are no instructions and zero info online. I'm really frustrated. Ok Fitbit what can I do to fix this.
I finally got it to connect. This is not an easy scale to use. Hopefully Fitbit can get updates to improve the experience.

Ya this morning I opened my app to 'Today' and stood on my scale and northing happened. I saw that the Bluetooth icon was not showing on my scale. Took battery out for 15 sec popped it back in, turned off/on Bluetooth on phone and restarted the phone. Opened app and tried again. Nothing.
I realized that you can't pair the scale directly from your phone or else you will get a "Aria Air has rejected this device". It needs to be paired through the Fitbit app. From what I see.
I deleted the device from my Fitbit app and tried it again with a fresh pairing. App told me that it was connected to another account which I'm guessing that it was me since I live alone. App asked me to clear accounts which i did. Then reset the Aria Air. Hold down the 'button' in the back for 5 secs till i seen 3 letters show up on the screen."can't remember the letters" Then let go of button and press again till i see "CLR or clear". After that opened the Fitbit app and added the device again.
After I did this it seemed to work again. That was my workout for the day. 🙂
