I bought the aria air at Christmas. I finally upgraded my Fitbit to a versa 3. I've never had to sync the scale before. I've followed all the directions and it wont go in setup mode and my bluetooth is rejecting it. Please help.

I am having the same issue. Fitbit aria air won't sync and won't set up. I tried every trick in the book. I followed the set process and the troubleshoot that is available on the Fitbit page, but to no avail. My Charge 2 works fine and has no problem syncing. I am using a Sony Xperia XA1 with 8.1 Android OS. What to do?

I tried conncting by the bluetooth setup of my found. Found fit track. Pressed on it and got the following message: impossible to connect fit track due to erroneous PIN or acess key.
Edit : of my phone. Not of my found!

Same thing for me. This seems to be a widespread issue with this particular model - the Aria Air. This has been the case for me since I bought mine.
I've tried 3 different phones and they're all the same problem. Support is useless (they're great people) but it's not a problem that team at Fitbit can fix. I've raised this issue in the past and they didn't escalate it to the right team. The app developers need to fix the problem since clearly it works when the app is first initialized and at some point over the course of a day it might or might not stop working.

Used to look up to Fitbit as a good brand that I'd recommend, but I totally won't recommend their scales to anyone since this is more of a pain than just entering the numbers myself. I could've spent $15 on a scale from Walmart for the same functionality I get. It's frustrating, because I paid for the sync feature, as it was advertised, but it does not work consistently.
