Hi how are you? i cant get work the BMI, i restarted , make factory reset, try to join the aria by IOS, android, and always the same result, when appear the BMI, just put ?

i try a lot of things  but nothing works, and in the dashboard appear BMI hidden, and i cant change it from the pc, or from the app, how i can fix this?

Are you sure you have the original Aria, not the more recent Aria Air?

The Aria Air does not measure body fat, therefore no BMI.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

im sure, i was using the aria scale for more than 1 year..
