Mine is doing the same thing. I dis connect it from my fitbit account and then re-added it and my phone. My problem is that it won't re-synch and hasn't been synced for over 30 days (I was unaware). Now, the app says that the Aria Air is connected but it won't accept my weight, I have to manually put it in. I'm at a loss as fat as what else to do.

This technique seems to work for me. Go to a desktop & remove the scale
from your account. Go to Fitbit.com/ setup, scroll down & select aria and
follow instructions. During setup process be aware that your scale is
“joining” your network & then “linked”. After linking there is a checkmark
to verify this process was successful. Go back to setup instructions &
rejoin your Wi-Fi network (at this point it will still be on aria, but
rejoin your network). After rejoining your network select done/finish &
you will get a checkmark with an invitation to download the Fitbit app.
Hope this helps.

I just purchased the Aria Air.  The only way I can consistently sync with the scale is to force stop the fit bit app then reopen the app.  I have a Galaxy S22+.  Too much hassle.  I'll give it 2 more days then I'm returning the scale.

Most of the solutions to non-pairing appear to be wrong.  One direction says to reset to factory settings. Yet, there is no reset button or dot to push in.  my scale has the same old wifi setting which cannot be changed.  I think I may just buy another product.  I've tried at least 12 times and nothing works.  I can't get rid of the memory in the scale. Hopeless situation.
