Aria Scale User Not Showing

Hello -

Does anyone else have the issue of their weight data not assigning to the correct user initials? My user name shows up on Fitbit dashboard, but not the scale itself when weighing in. My weight only shows "Guest" on the scale. My weigh in doesn't show up in the dashboard at all. My scale name is correct however. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @clmavila and welcome to the Community.  I moved your post to the Aria scale forum, a better fit for your issue.  You mention initials, so it sounds like you use an original Aria.  I'm sorry, but I can't help you.  I use an Aria 2.  I hope a fellow Aria user can help you.
