Aria Scale issues turning on

Aria suddenly stopped working mid weighing.... Changed batteries, left them out all night, used different batteries...etc. etc. ..can not get it to turn on

Computer screen says Aria battery is full however it will not turn on, . I haven't had it that long.

Any help appreciated.

Which version of the Aria are you using?

aria air...
doesn't matter now....I was told it wasn't fixable..had to purchase a new
one...

@Margthom I am curious, did you manage to get it to sync with an additional user? ( I gave up!)

No, had nothing to do with adding anyone…would not turn on. Purchased a new
one
