I recently stepped on my scale and heard a "crack". Now the scale is inaccurate. Has anyone else have this problem?

@n0rg   You didn't say what model you own or how long you owned it.  Any scale can break.  I check in on this forum frequently, since I use an Aria 2.  Your experience is very uncommon.

@n0rg   Fitbit sold the original Aria 2014-2017, making your scale at least eight years old.  Any scale can break.
