I can see that my original Aria Scale is syncing... Shows in the Devices list when the last sync took place and it was a few minutes ago. But the Fitbit app is not showing the most recent data for weight. Up until a few days ago the measured weight would show up on the Fitbit app almost immediately after the Aria synced. Now it's taking some amount of time to show up, regardless of refreshing or relaunching the Fitbit app. Something has happened on the backend to delay the new Aria reading showing in the app.

Same issue. Weigh-ins are showing up in app (under recent weigh-ins) but not on dashboard.

Same here. Doesn't show for 24 hours even though I've done all the checks I've found on the internet. I've had Fitbit watches for years now and have had a number of issues, one being. "Not waterproof" even though it describes it as being so. When they replaced it they sent me a used refurbished one which I thought was disgraceful. However I still purchased a Versa 4 but don't wear it in the water.
Surely Google can send an update about this Aria to sort this out. This would be good customer service!!!
Really disappointed. Will maybe try some other make next time

Thanks you very much Andrea to confirm FitBit is working on a fix.
It is Black Friday... The strategical positioning of FitBit is taking a road which do not aims anymore at the place I want to go:
- The brilliant FitBit "One" had no replacement
- The web-based dashboard for fitbit data was abandonned
- APIs degraded (similar Google decisions applied to the great Google Nest smoke detectors)
- The issue of "being able to weight on FitBit scales" stays unresolved for already more than a month.

Has anyone managed to fix this? I have the same issue on Android. Aria 2 shows the recent weight in but it doesn't show in the graph in the app.

I really miss the web-based dashboard, I could do better analysis of my health, better visibility. It is sad that they removed that.

There is no fix: the issue is at the level of Google servers where the measure is not timely pushed to the right user profile. You have to wait for about a day and it will eventually appear.

ABout the web dashboard:
for weight, there is https://trendweight.com/ which free and fantastic and seamlessly integrates your fitbit data (as well as Withings data just in case you would consider moving there as I am just doing)
But OK this is equally affected by the bug this thread is about. You have to wait for new measures to surface.

I assume it’s further negligence or intentional en**ahem**tification on the goog’s part. 😞
Whatever the case it’s super frustrating. I have an Aria 2 and iPhone 15. Fitbit app v.4.56 (45640025) and iOS 26.1. And I see the same problem everyone is reporting. 😞

Behaviour changed today.
I weighted at 9:03am
The measure went fast to the Fitbit server « device data » for the finit Aria
The measure eventually arrived in the user profile at 12:32pm …but this time - contradictory to the usual approach of former days since ever - with no indication anymore of the time at which the weight was actually measured (9:03am)

It seems to me they don't look at this community.
Could you share the link to that ticket? I wonder if it has a link to vote for it so we all could vote and perhaps it would get more priority.

unfortunately you won't be able to access the ticket even if I paste the link here; it's private and only visible to users that they add to the ticket.

Could you add to the ticket the link to the full issue on this community? It is astonishing that they consider this a minor issue and it won't be sorted in a long time.

@patrick40 My guess on the P3 priority was the ticket was raised with only the dashboard late sync issue and the broken API was not included. Can you confirm this on the ticket? IMO, because of the broken API, this should be a P1 as any client apps will never get the historical data.

@Maglez There is a blue banner on this forum's main page, saying that it is for customer-to-customer support and isn't monitored by the moderators. So no, they don't look at this forum. Users who have migrated to Google accounts can send feedback directly to Google in the Fitbit app. Please tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback. That being said, I don't think it will change the priority. Fitbit discontinued the Aria 2 over five years ago. Generally, that makes it a legacy device. Sadly, I don't expect a fix at all.

That's sad, and I agree with you. It's time to move on, we have to at some point.

Today I see my weight data from ~06 am made it out to linked applications by 3:22 pm, a 9-ish hour delay.

many of my posts in this thread were just moved to the web API forum (I did not request this...). The IssueTracker ticket that I said was previously Accepted (In Progress) was now moved back to the "Assigned" state. Not sure what that means.

It usually means that it has been assigned to a developer and that will start working on it soon 🙂
