Aria Scales won't display wieight

My scales ask me to step on as usual, and would usually show me my weight and BMI after about 10 seconds. However, today, they go to "sensing" for about 12 seconds, then they tell me to step off, then they go to "Thinking" for a few seconds and then they display the ERR message.

Has only started happening in last 24 hours - was working fine till then.

Can anyone help with this please

The same ERR message appears to me on the ARIA scale, after I replaced the batteries, I’ve tried all the posible solutions that I saw on the community forum and nothing seems to work.

Thanks very much - I still have not solved the problem I am afraid. Cannot
get any help direct from Fitbit either.
