Regarding the "Thinking ERR" message that your Aria scale is displaying, By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. I assume that you have an Aria 1 instead. Please check out the differences between both scales in this article.
In order to better assist you, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information. In the meantime, please make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it barefoot.
