I've tried the protocol recommended a couple of times and the "Thinking Err" message persists. What are my next steps to getting my Aria 2 back online?

@jganjavi It's great to see new faces in the Community. Welcome aboard! I'm sorry for the late response. Regarding the "Thinking ERR" message that your Aria scale is displaying, By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. I assume that you have an Aria 1 instead. Please check out the differences between both scales in this article.
In order to better assist you, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried so I can avoid providing the same information. In the meantime, please make sure that your scale is placed on a hard surface and you are standing on it barefoot.
As a side note, in order to keep the Community organized, I moved your post to the Aria 1 board.
