After I changed my batteries in my scale it now says that I am 27.1~my account should lbs as unit of measure and does not show my name but now shows guest. In addition it only shows that number and guest nothing else.

Try tapping hard on the lower right corner when "guest appears" and see if you can switch to your initials.
