Aria air button does not work

Like a few others on this forum, I can't get the scale button to work. I haven't used the scale in ages so I tried to reset it to get it to work but the button doesn't seem to react at all. I have tried several pairs of brand new batteries, holding the button for thirty seconds, taking one battery out and holding the button before putting it in and nothing at all works. Any ideas? Hello @Be_c and welcome to the Community.  Please try this first.  A light touch on the button is the way to switch the weight display.  A light touch will switch among pounds, kilos and stone.  You need to hold the scale to see the screen to see if the button is working.  If button doesn't respond, you might have a scale failure.  If the button works, please try the Aria Air manual instructions.

• Press and hold the button for five seconds until the scale flashes 'otA'
• Press and hold the button for another five seconds until the scale flashes 'clr'

Again, if the button doesn't work at all, you might have a scale failure.
