Need Help with Aria Air Hard Reset
Hi everyone,
I bought the Aria Air in 2022 and used it for a while before stopping. Today, I picked it up again, but the battery was dead, so I replaced it. The battery is now half full, but the scale wouldn’t connect to my Fitbit app.
I removed the Aria from the app, hoping to re-sync it, but now it won’t connect. Instead, it asks me to either reset it or get a reinvite. I attempted a hard reset by pressing the black button on the back, but nothing happens—it doesn’t display “oth” as mentioned in the user manual or “clr” afterward.
I’ve searched online but haven’t found a solution. If anyone knows how to perform a hard reset, I’d really appreciate your help.
Thanks,
Aman

Hello @Apoonia and welcome to the Community. Are you pressing and holding the button for a few seconds? Please see this YouTube video. I don't have any other suggestions if this doesn't help you.

Are you making sure the screen is alight before you press and hold the back button? 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I did hold it but I figure out the issue. I repalced the batteries to fully charged ones and now it working. Thanks again.
