I am trying to reset my aria air scales but the button doesn't seem to be working. It doesn't press or do anything. Just seems like a bit of plastic that doesn't function like a button.
I can't add the device to my new phone as it thinks I am linked to another device. I don't have that anymore and wants me to invite myself which I can't do either.
The button doesn't allow me to change units either and it doesn't feel like a button as previously mentioned. Nothing happens.
I've change batteries for brand news one, still nothing. I just can't get it to connect or be reset to my account devices.
Please help as this was a very good tool I have used in the past.
I will add the scales do work, but just as normal scales and it's stuck on lbs
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
