Aria battery issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I'm having trouble with my Aria always showing a low battery signal.  I've replaced the batteries a couple of times and when I checked the power strip on the batteries themselves they show that they're at full.

The new batteries will provide power for a couple of days and then it will give me the no battery power error and the Aria won't power on.

Has anyone else had problems with this?  I was hoping someone knew a fix so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of getting it sent in.

I am having that problem. It keeps showing the low battery sign even after replacing brand new batteries. I have contacted support and they said my 1 year warranty is up so i wouldnt be able to get any sort of replacement?

just delete it from your fitbit account (app) and reinstall it as if it was new.. It updates the Aria and fixes the program. it has worked for mine now for 3 months.

Actually, my fix only lasted a few months. What would be helpful us to be
sble to order a replacement part.

Hi,  I tried all that. Still seeing the Low Battery notification. And, unlike the others who wrote in here, I wasn't told I could get a replacement Aria Scale; which I'm dependent on. I'm retired. That scale is my lifeline that coordinates with my Fitbit one. And, I definitely don't want a Bluetooth only, app only device. I want my Aria 2 working properly. I don't know if Google has taken over but I really don't like that Fitbit has upset me to the point of tears even more than I am already being cooped up at home by not offering to replace my Aria scale when I have been a loyal customer and promoted Fitbit to others too.

I hate to admit it but I finally gave in after trying 8 new Duracell batteries and bought Energizer per someone on here’s suggestion - it worked!  Have no clue why but if all else fails do try it!  We almost junked the scale😏

Hi can you sort out my scales also pls as keeps draining battery like anything

Do try Energizer. My problem was a little different. It would light up the low battery for approximately 5 seconds when standing on scale then go black. Energizer solved issue immediately. Ridiculous but true 🙄
