I've seen a lot of threads about Aria having trouble connecting to the WiFi but I'm stuck at the step prior to this. I used to have my Aria setup 2 years ago with an old WiFi network and am I now trying to reconnect Aria to my new network.
I can't get past the screen from the scale setup (https://www.fitbit.com/scale/setup) that tells you to change your computers WiFi network to the Aria network and then click the "I'm connected" button. Once I swap to that network and click the button, I'm immediately just taken to a page that cannot open ("No internet" error) in Chrome and Firefox.
Any ideas?

Hi! I just spend 1.5 hours with a very patient tech support person.
I, too, have an Aria I was given over 5years ago & my internet provider enticed me into an upgrade for faster internet.
Turns out the Aria scale works on an 8011.2B (not sure if I have the numbers correct!) network and the faster internet runs on an A, G or N instead of a B.
So - to make a long story short. Faster internet = unusable Aria. It served me well over the past 5 years so I am satisfied with the answer.

I've read a lot about that but I'm not even at that step yet. I can't connect to the Aria's own WiFi network to tell it to connect to mine haha.
