Should we all push for or shall I say demand a recall for the Aria. We hv tried everything that was suggested a million times by this form and from support. I mean I feel like I’ve been duped, feel like I’ve been played a fool for buying this product. I’m fed with with how everyone is being treated regarding this over $100 Aria scale! We need a decent resolution. Repair or a discount on a new one! I honestly want to know what their expected life span on this product is, was it 2 yrs only...was it programmed to conk out just when the warranty expires, hmmmmm!

I've been using mine for over 6 years now without incident. As they say, your mileage may vary. Some people have been able to get a discount on a new Fitbit product on out of warranty claims but I don't know if they would offer something on such an old product. Never hurts to ask support.

Don't know if this would help you. In our country we have something called product complaints. So even if a product warranty for 2 years has gone we can go to the shop where we purchase the product and complain. If the product is manufactured issue we can get a new product from the shop. This warranty lasts for 5 years.
