Just bought Aria Air scales. It was straightforward enough to set up, but I had real problems getting a second user included. My invitation was sent and received, but when they accepted in the email, they were redirected to the Fitbit website and then… nothing. I’ve seen others in this forum have exactly this issue.
Eventually I figured it out. The invitation was sent to their Yahoo email, which doesn’t work! The invite must be sent to their Gmail address. I have not found this rather important fact written anywhere in the instructions, which is a huge oversight. In fact, if the invite must be sent to a gmail account, why does the app even allow you to send the invite to any other email account? No doubt the developer works in Google and has never heard of Yahoo.

Hi @DaveTh, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with the issues you are experiencing while adding a user in your Aria Air scale.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
After you click on the link, your invited friend should be automatically linked to your scale. However, it is a expected behavior that the link won't redirect you anywhere. I apologize for this misunderstanding as the online dashboard has been gone out of service since July 2024. I appreciate your understanding.
This being said, your invited friend should be able to access weight their data by downloading the Fitbit app on their mobile and loging in to their Fitbit account.
